A ASJP reuniu-se com apDC para o delineamento de acções e formas de cooperação de molde a que se cumpra a trilogia Qualidade, Responsabilidade e Confiança em que os Magistrados Judiciais pretendem assentar a sua actuação.
Um dos aspectos que se acha em estudo é o da formação contínua dos Magistrados em direito do consumo, disponibilizando-se a apDC, através dos seus quadros, a proporcionar aos magistrados o resultado do seu “saber-fazer” neste domínio.
Para além de acções de formação, ensaiar-se-ão também campanhas informativas que aproximem os decisores judiciais dos destinatários das suas acções.
