No quadro da garantia legal, muitos vendedores há que exigem durante a vigência da garantia o pagamento ora da mão-de-obra ora dos acessórios empregues, ora das deslocações ou de combinações destes encargos.O que é que a lei diz?

A LG diz que a coisa deve “ser reposta sem encargos”.
O que significa “sem encargos”?
Socorramo-nos da LG – do n.º 3 do artigo 4º - “a expressão sem encargos” … reporta-se às despesas necessárias para o bem em conformidade com o contrato, incluindo, designadamente, as despesas de transporte, de mão-de-obra e material”.
Por conseguinte, ao consumidor não pode ser exigido o que quer que seja.
A garantia cobre tudo e o consumidor não pode ser onerado de modo nenhum.
Nada lhe pode ser exigido.
