Os encargos aumentam perto de 1% para a maior parte das famílias que
revêem o valor da prestação da sua casa em Fevereiro.
Amaioria das famílias que revêem a taxa de juro do crédito à habitação em
Fevereiro vão contar com um agravamento da prestação. Os empréstimos associados
às Euribor a três e seis meses - que em Setembro de 2011 representavam mais de
90% dos contratos de crédito à habitação - sobem perto de 1%, o maior
agravamento dos últimos dois anos e meio.
