Waiting for Trump

George Soros last night said President Donald Trump is risking a nuclear war with North Korea. “I consider the Trump administration a danger to the world,” the billionaire investor said in a speech from Davos, Switzerland. “But I regard it as a purely temporary phenomenon that will disappear in 2020, or even sooner.” He expects a Democratic “landslide” in the 2018 elections. He also slammed Facebook and Google which have become “obstacles to innovation” and are a “menace” to society whose “days are numbered”, he said. Mining and oil companies exploit the physical environment; social media companies exploit the social environment,” said the Hungarian-American businessman, according to a transcript of his speech.
